These modernist inspired pavilion-style modular homes come at a fixed price and are built within a predictable timeframe. Our modular designs include: pavilions, cabanas, studios, granny flats, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes as well as decks, with or without pool, and carports. All our homes have 3 metre ceilings and come with an open plan or galley kitchen with scullery, European laundry and study.
